Heart ever so shattered, through the pains of love, Cracked through the middle, by a ruthless shove. Prick by prick and stab by stab they mend the part, The cold steel pierces the soft flesh of the torn heart. Metallic wire taught, weaving throughout the tare, Pulled tighter in pain; pulls together the pair. The torn heart here in, is so then mended, Through pain the broken heartedness is ended.
